How did it start?

At age twelve, Taylor decided she would grow up to be a personal trainer and performing artist.

Twelve years later, she finds herself living the life she envisioned.

Along the way, Taylor had no idea how her theatrical training would prepare her for the workplace. In the theatre, artists are expected to punctual, respectful, engaging, inclusive, kind, efficient, and personable. Until experiencing it herself in adulthood, Taylor had no idea how such talented women could be so unappreciated in the workplace. At that point, she decided she would be a leader to make change.

In 2021, Taylor quit her full time job and decided to go into business for herself, with the long-term goal of one day having a team of her own (secretly hoping to employ her top-performing and underpaid female colleagues). Two years and two businesses later, Taylor founds Taylor Crow Studio—a small and growing community of movement professionals you can trust to be reliable, knowledgeable, and ready to help you achieve your goals.

At Taylor Crow Studio, we empower professionals who excel in their craft and their role as instructors. Members of our team have experience training all ages and experience levels. We believe in inclusivity and creating a personalized experience for each of our clients. Let's start working out and get you to achieving your fitness goals together!
